Sandra joined BBS in May 2006 as part of the team that administers the Somerfield Pension Scheme. Her role includes providing retirement quotations, answering member queries and updating member records. She also administers the pensioner payroll for Somerfield members, paying members each month and providing the end of year tax information to HM Revenue & Customs. Sandra has worked in the pensions sector since 1994 and prior to that, she worked in various departments of the Civil Service. She practices yoga and attends a weekly class and occasional day long workshops. Sandra also enjoys going to the theatre both in Bristol and London.
