Tricia joined BBS in February 2007 and has been working in the pensions industry since 1987, having worked for Mercer for 12 years and Hewitt for 9 years. She has a QPA qualification in pensions administration. Tricia is currently involved in the project work undertaken by one of the administration teams. This includes the production of annual benefits statements, provision of information for the production of annual accounts, annual pension increase exercises together with any other non standard work to be done. Her responsibilities cover all levels of work from undertaking tasks to checking and overseeing target dates and staff training. Most of Tricia’s time outside work revolves around her two children however, when she has spare time, she enjoys walking, swimming and going out with friends.
