Vicky joined BBS as a Senior Administrator in 2008. Prior to that she worked at Mercer where she started as a trainee administrator in February 2001. Whilst there, Vicky studied and completed QPA, and also became a member of the Institute of Customer Service. In her spare time she likes to play tennis and socialise with friends.
