Louise has a first class degree in history from Cardiff university and an M.A from Bristol university. She joined BBS in 2000 having previously been at Mercer for 2 years. She is an Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and is Consultant to a portfolio of some 10 schemes, including DB, DC and PPF schemes. Outside of work, Louise enjoys swimming, badminton and going to the gym, socializing and watching football.
