Following a Consultation exercise late last year, the Pensions Regulator has recently finalised Code of Practice No.11: Dispute resolution – reasonable periods, which has been laid before Parliament. The Code comes into effect from 6 April 2008. This BBS briefing note summarises the main features of the Code.
