Marc Davies, Paul Frost and Gavin Giles to join BBS Board

BBS News posted on 28 February, 2018

BBS is delighted to announce the promotion of Marc Davies, Paul Frost and Gavin Giles to our board of directors from 1 April 2018.

Marc has successfully led the BBS administration team for over 15 years and his pensions career spans over three decades. Paul joined us in 2016 as client relationship manager, following over 18 years in the pensions industry, having previously held roles with Buck Consultants and Sedgwick Noble Lowndes. Gavin joined as a consulting actuary in 2013, following roles at Towers Watson, Aon and Mercer.

Alongside these promotions, we are making some other changes to the board. From 1 April, Paul Bowden will become managing director and James Stanfield will take the role of chairman.

Since forming the business in 1997, we have enjoyed sustained, significant growth and over the last three years, we have grown by over 40% and now employ almost 100 people at our city centre offices in Bristol.

We are delighted to welcome Marc, Paul and Gavin as directors and are excited about our next phase of growth.

Should you have any questions about these changes, or wish to discuss any aspect of your service from BBS, please contact James Stanfield.
