Quarter 1 Administration Performance

We are delighted to report another succesful quarter by our pension administration teams.

Over January, February, and March 2010 98.2% of work was completed within our agreed service standards (in most instances this is within five working days of receipt).

Over the 12 months ending 31 March 2010, 98.9% of work was also completed to time, with an average turnaround of just 3.3 working days.

Our thanks go to the staff for their hard work and careful management of the teams.
