Quarter 2 Administration Performance

We are delighted to report another succesful quarter by our pension administration teams.

Over April, May, and June 2010 99.6% of work was completed within our agreed service standards (in most instances this is within five working days of receipt).

Over the 12 months ending 30 June 2010, 99.1% of work was also completed to time, with an average turnaround of just 3.3 working days.
