Promotion and new recruits for administration team

We’re delighted to announce that Karina Snook has been promoted to the position of Administration Team Leader.

We have also recruited two new trainee administrators, Samuel Watson and Naomi Brown, who will both work alongside Karina helping to maintain our market-leading customer satisfaction levels for administration services, currently running at 99 per cent.

Karina Snook has been with us at BBS for seven years and has worked in pension administration for a total of 10 years, having previously worked for Mercer.
 
In addition to strengthening of the Administration team we have recruited Kylie Richards as an actuarial trainee.
