Employers underestimate volume of AE enquiries

According to a recent survey, only 10% of respondents thought an increase in enquiries would be the biggest challenge of administering auto-enrolment.

Aon Hewitt has expressed concern over the number of employers underestimating the amount of enquiries they will receive when auto-enrolment begins, stating that "it is vital that employers put in place a dedicated and robust auto-enrolment solution for managing worker enquiries by email or phone."
