Notional earnings cap set for 2010/11

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has set the notional earnings cap for 2010/11 at £123,600.
This is the last year that HMRC will publish the figure. In the future, schemes will need to calculate this themselves where required using the method shown in section 590C of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.
