Xafinity buys PwC

Xafinity has purchased the scheme actuary, pension administration and investment consulting units of PricewaterhouseCooper.
Around 50 consultants, actuaries and administrators are expected to transfer as a result of the purchase. Xafinity has stated that there will be no redundancies as a result of the move.
