 Whatever the service, and whoever the client, we start by identifying and agreeing your requirements and then producing a clear and easy to follow action plan. In this way, everyone knows who is doing what, by when, and at what cost.

We take pride in our policy of providing a personal service. Every client has a nominated Director and identified team members.  We are equally proud of our strict monitoring of service standards:  we undertake a quarterly performance audit for every client, reporting on our delivery against our promise for every aspect of our administration service – for example our guarantee to handle transactions within five working days (the industry standard is more than twice that time-scale).
