Fiona joined BBS in June 2018 with 15 years' experience in the pension industry with James Hay.
Outside of the office, Fiona enjoys spending time with her son and looking after their many pets. She is also a keen baker, likes to take camping trips and enjoys music concerts amongst other social events.
James is one of the owners of BBS and has over 35 years' industry experience, having previously been a main board director at Noble Lowndes (now Mercer). James is our Chairman and is responsible for strategy, business and quality management. He also acts as the Client Director for a number of our clients.
Outside of BBS, James is a keen rugby fan and motorcycle enthusiast.
Marc joined BBS in October 2002 as Administration Manager and joined the Board of BBS in 2018. He has worked in the industry since 1988 and obtained the PMI's Qualification in Pensions Administration during that time.
Marc has day-to-day responsibility for all Administration services provided by BBS, and he also specialises in new client implementation and discontinuance work.
Marc is married with three children and, in what little spare time remains, enjoys reading, watching most sports and participating in a few.
Peter joined BBS in January 2005 as IT Manager, having previously worked for Mercer, Profund Systems and Portland Pensions Limited, with more than 15 years experience in total.
Peter's role involves maintaining BBS's internal IT infrastructure and systems, responsibility for data conversion processes and developing bespoke software for BBS's use.
Outside work, most of Peter's time is spent with his young family (two boys), although he does play bass guitar in a band and has a passion for music generally, and he tries to watch / participate in any sport whenever possible.
